deposit
-To secure your appointment, there would be a $10 non refundable depositt which is towards from your final balance at the end of your appointment.
-All deposits can be paid through Zelle (8327564508) & Cashapp ($heyitsoreo)
-NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT
-You have a grace period of 2 hours to send your appointment, if you do not send it on time, it will be open for someone else to book
-When sending your deposit, please include your name and date of your service.
-Please text me first for confirmation before you send your deposit.

Cancellation policy
-If you're unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give us a 24 hours advance notice.
-If you cancel your appointment, you will get refunded for your $10 deposit but you'll have to make a deposit again if you wish to book another appointment.

late policy
-Ladies and gentlemen, please do your absolute best to arrive to your appointment on time. I understand things happen, but if you’re going to be late, Please contact me and let me know
-You have a grace period of 10 minutes, after 20 minutes your appointment would be cancelled ( If I have another customer after you)

Important things to know
-Please make sure to put your correct information when booking your appointment.
-Sometimes, services might take longer time than usual, but please bear with me. And if you have somewhere to be, let me know way ahead of time
-For my locs girlies/boys, please make sure to wash your locs thoroughly and dry them 4-6 hours before your appointment.
-Do not oil your hair before my appointment everything would be done after services are provided
-For my soft/distresses/butterfly/invisible locs girlies, please come with your hair washed and preferably, blow dried to avoid wasting of time. If you also need help getting the hair, just let me know ahead of time.
-Do not waste my time. This is a self business, I treat all of my clients with respect and if the client cannot act upon said agreement, then we will no longer be of service
